Fashion has gone a long way from being outlined simply by the clothing and accessories a girl wears. It’s currently a multi-million dollar industry that electrifies artists, dress makers, idealists, models and trend setters in creating everyday what we call current day sculptures. A dress isn’t just a dress ; a whole story revolves around its existence. An easy black dress can do great things for the body of a woman if she knows the easiest way to intensify it in a proper way.

In the 1950′s the smart, well-groomed look was the trend. Girls were anticipated to perform well in their field ; there had been a perfectionist sense of style that pervaded the age. We can learn a lot about the way the ladies went about with their lives by the clothes that they wore during a specific time.
In the 1960s girls voiced more of themselves, floral patterns and polka dot designs appeared, they were braver and more outrageous. Life sprang from the garments that they wore ; yellow and green was courageously spread on the patterns.

Girls during that time where starting to generate ideas on how to revolutionize their life by coming up with powerful statements in the garments and accessories that they wore. It’s a protest against the previous sort of garments seen in the Renaissance. The wide cut and outline was to rebel against tight fitting bodice and sleeves a girl had to wear during the middle ages. It was not to say that Renaissance fashion was not
artistic on its own. Designers had just figured out a method to make women’s fashion easier and more current, to suit the constantly changing economy and line of roles ladies undertook in society. In 1972 the time law was passed in the U. S. saying that men and women should be handled equally by law.

The 1970s was the time of women’s liberation. From 1970 to 1979, the quantity of girls signed up to varsities increased. For the 1st time more ladies were enrolled than men in the united states The 1970s started the costume history of fashion, ladies could opt to dress up and bring to life the characters they dreamt of becoming.

The 1980s best influence was Madonna, with girls looking up to her. Madonna’s hair and make -up was a distinct style in the 1980s. In the 1990s women’s fashion became more casual and free, with jeans and loose shirts. Women rushed to salons to have the Rachel haircut popularized by Jennifer Aniston. Navel piercing also became part of women’s fashion. A stronger sense of style was needed to keep abreast of the changing mentality of teenagers.

Menswear were also experimented by girls to create a stronger look, the polo and skin tight jeans were seen everywhere. America and Europe inspired the attire that girls wore all over the world. Today women’s fashion would change from the mood and image that they would like to portray. Vocalist and songwriter woman Gaga dared to portray the wacky and weird style that just a couple of dare to try. A lady can now create her very own look. The best genius that women’s fashion could teach a woman is to wear how she wants to be perceived and enfranchise it with her actions.

Folk caring for folk. Folk caring for the environment. And folk looking good. When did fashion become this exciting! Ethical is indeed trendy.
